This November, in recognition of National Diabetes Awareness Month, Near North Health Services Corporation will host its 12th Annual Diabetes Awareness Week at our 9 locations throughout Chicago. Free and confidential health screenings for Blood Sugar, Blood Pressure, and Body Mass Index. Educational workshops, diabetic- friendly cooking demonstrations, and giveaways will also be provided.
