FREE Back to School Health Services

The 1.5 years of remote and hybrid learning may have given the impression to some families that immunization and health requirements were not necessary to maintain. Additionally, COVID-19 impacted the number of health facilities open as well as the services available during the time.

 

The Kindness Campaign has partnered with Patrick M. Magoon Institute for Healthy Communities at Ann & Robert H. Lurie Children’s Hospital of Chicago to have a mobile health unit to serve uninsured and underinsured students on Thursday, July 29th 9am – 3pm at The Kindness Campaign’s Impact Center 703 E 75th St Chicago, IL 60619.

  • Sports Physicals
  • Immunizations
  • Well-child Check-ups
  • Health Education

 

Students wanting service need to have the attached packet complete and submitted to Christopher Watts at chris@kindnesseveryday.org by Thursday, July 15th at 4pm.

 

All services are FREE.

PlayStreets 2021 Auburn Gresham

PlayStreets went social distancing and virtual too for 2020!  Check out the schedule Join us in Let’s Move activities with young people and adult young at heart people as we learn the stretch, dance and exercise with videos you can repeat as much as you want. There is a healthy “Do It Yourself (DIY) at home activity with each activation!
