Community Grand Rounds “Substance Abuse and Youth”

 Community Grand Rounds is a series of events held in a community setting focusing on how the University of Chicago research can help improve health on the South Side. The MARCH 18th, free Community Grand Rounds event, held at 2601 W. Marquette Road, 5:30-7:30pm will focus on the topic of Substance Abuse and Youth:  Are You Friends with Remy, Molly, Loosies & Blunts?

There is still time to sign-up for health insurance under the Affordable Care Act (Obamcare).  Be sure to get your appointment BEFORE the March 31st deadline, to be sure you do not get hit with the penalty.   • Social Security Numbers (SS cards or document numbers for legal immigrants)  
  • Proof of Residency (Drivers license or utility bill with your address)
  • Employer and income information for every member of your household who needs coverage (for example, from pay stubs or W-2 forms-Wage and Tax Statements)  
  • Policy numbers for any current health insurance plans covering members of your household
